The contoured western girth is with real sheepskin. The horse's elbows can move freely thanks to it's curved form, thereby avioding damaging the horse's skin. The edge is folded over on the front side and protects vulnerable areas against pressure and chafing. The buckles and D-rings are in rust free steel.
