At Horze, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and generate a digital return authorization.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are free of horse hair and dirt.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print and attach the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
